Reservation Policy for groups

For groups of 12 or more, a group menu will apply in order to provide a more efficient service.  You must confirm the exact number of guests no later than 48 hours prior to the event.  Due to its busy nature, Bitoque cannot guarantee the exact location where your group will be seated.

For groups of 20 or more, Bitoque requires a duly completed and signed form.  You may cancel free of charge up to one week prior to the event.  Any cancellations within one week of the event will result in the loss of your deposit.

For children 10 and under, half a serving will be served per child at 50 % of the selected menu price.

As Bitoque is a BYOW restaurant, we allow you to bring the following alcoholic beverages:  wine, beer, champagne, sparkling wine and Port.  Spirits and punches are prohibited.  Outside soft drinks, juice or water cannot be brought into the restaurant, as these products are sold in house.

The Bitoque is available outside its regular business hours for any special events, business meetings or fundraisers.  However, you must reserve and pay for a minimum of 40 guests.  Events can be up to a maximum of 5 hours.  A $100 fee will apply for each additional hour.

The rooms can be decorated.  You are solely responsible for putting up and taking down any decorations and you will be held responsible for the condition of the artwork as well as common property.  The use of staples, thumbtacks, nails or confetti is prohibited.  You may not touch the walls to hang anything without Bitoque’s prior approval.

You must leave the room the way you found it and pick up all personal effects, otherwise your deposit may be retained.

The Bitoque allows you to bring your own music in a iPod or iPhone.  Singers, DJ’s or bands are accepted only in a private room with Bitoque’s prior approval.

Bitoque’s liability is limited to the value of the deposit in cases of force majeure or any other cause beyond its control such as loss of Power or Gaz from public utilities.
